By using Snipe Social ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Snipe Social is a tool for scheduling, publishing, and reviewing performance for content on TikTok and Instagram through each platform's official API. Use of TikTok features is subject to TikTok's Developer Terms and Community Guidelines. Use of Instagram features is subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's policies.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must own or have permission to publish all content you upload.
• Content must comply with TikTok's and Instagram's Community Guidelines.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You will not use the service to send spam, harassment, or illegal content.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit it solely to publish on your behalf.

4. Service Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uptime or availability of the Instagram API.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
